About Dave

I was born and reared in Bellingham, Washington, and after catching my first fish at the age of 3 years old, I was totally hooked on fishing.

In elementary school during Christmas break, I would ride my bike to the river every morning.

Fishing pole in hand, I would return home with my limit of steelhead and a big smile.

Now, I'm 39 years old and still smiling!

My experience includes fishing commercially in Alaska for salmon, fishing for anchovies and sardines in California and Oregon and guiding in Alaska and Washington state.

I have many years experience in fishing the Olympic Peninsula of Washington as well as the inland rivers of the state of Washington.

My baits have been personally hand-prepared to ensure the finest possible quality, and the poles and reels that I use are all top of the line equipment.
